The Villa is divided into two wings, with one wing accomodating the owner and a two room bed and breakfast.
The remaining wing of the Villa is the rentable area and has three double bedrooms. Villa "La Castellaccia" is accessible only by guests and owners themselves. There is no common area between guests and owners.
