When your reservation is confirmed you will receive a voucher (e-mail confirmation or fax confirmation) that you will show when you check - in at Villa La castellaccia.
Please note that a charge of 30% of the entire amount will be applied by credit card (it is possible by swift bank transfer. For information please contact us via e-mail) when you receive our confirmation. The 70% of the entire amount will be charged when you check - in.
Check-in for room/apartment: 17:00pm - 19:30pm
Check - out for room/apartment: at 9:00am
The room cost includes: Electricity, water, kitchen gas and weekly linen (sheets, blankets and towels).Use of the swimming pool (Only villa's wing).
The room cost excludes: Weekly cleaning: 26,00 €/person (Only villa's wing); Heating: 0,88 €/mc (Only solution A). Refundable deposit for damage: 600,00 € (Only villa's wing).

Balance 70% n° 1 month before arrival or on check in.
Optional Services: Breakfast 16,00 € /person (Only villa's wing); Lunch/Dinner in Sansepolcro Restaurant 40,00 € /person (to inform at booking); Cleaning service 16,00 € /h (Only villa's wing).; Bar service a la carte; Telephone 0,26 € /unit.
The moment of payment: The 70% of the entire amount will be charged when you check - in
Cancellation Policy:
- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within 60 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 30% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within 60-30 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 70% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within 30 days after the staying a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive, and does not communicate in advance via fax or e-mail, or phone the failure to arrive, a full charge (100%) will be applied.

Swimming Pool Rental
The swimming pool and the surrounding area are included in the lease . The leaseholder has found them in good state and perfectly apt to their purpose . It is understood that the leaseholder , as the keeper of the swimming pool and the surrounding area , is considered responsible for any kind of damage to what he takes care of .The lease keeper must know the following rules for a correct use of the swimming pool.
_ The swimming pool is unattended . People are responsible for its correct use .
The swimming pool and the surrounding area are included in the lease . The leaseholder has found them in good state and perfectly apt to their purpose . It is understood that the leaseholder , as the keeper of the swimming pool and the surrounding area , is considered responsible for any kind of damage to what he takes care of .The lease keeper must know the following rules for a correct use of the swimming pool.
_ The swimming pool is unattended . People are responsible for its correct use .
_ Children are not allowed to stay alone by the swimming pool . They must be accompanied by their parents or by adults able to swim .
_ We advise you to take a bath at least three hours after the meal .

_ It is forbidden to use electrical devices by the swimming pool or in the water .
_ The use of bottles and glasses by the pool is forbidden.
USE OF VILLA LA CASTELLACCIA INTERNET
1-SUBJECT: This agreement is entered into between Villa la Castellaccia and -----------
2- Subject of the agreement is the ability to access the Internet through connectivity to Villa la Castellaccia. Access will be possible, without limits of time and for free.
3- LIMITATION of use: the undersigned agrees not to use its right of access to the Internet to commit offences, such as disturbing the peace or private, violating the secrecy of the correspondence of others, harass, offend or cause harm to other people. Aware that can be identified if they commit one of these offences and assumes all responsibility ensuing,(download music,video,films from emule ecc…ecc). Villa la Castellaccia informs you which are in force various rules that restrict the ability to enter Internet information or data that conflict with the morality and public order. The undersigned, undertakes to comply with such standards as well as undertakes not to disclose data contained pornographic, obscene, profane or defamatory if not using the precautions which render lawful such forms of expression. The material placed on the Internet by myself must be original and not such as to comply with international standards, also, for the protection of copyright, trademark, patent and intellectual property. And ' save in any case the liability of the undersigned to the damage that his conduct may have caused directly or indirectly.
